From construction sites, and house demos, to quiet back streets, and scenic landscapes. Cinematogprahy is one's ability to frame a specific moment and feeling. My approach has always been light, non intrusive, and making sure I capture the little moments.
The audio, titles, transitions, and VFX are what add texture to your films. Any editor should have a baseline in order to communicate their ideas better. It takes a pro to push past he baseline though and develop into your own style.
